Treatment description:
Radiofrequency in aesthetics is a technique adapted from general medicine that has been adapted for body and facial treatments. This treatment consists of the application of high frequency electromagnetic waves on the different layers of the skin, through a deep and controlled heating that affects the skin and subcutaneous cellular tissue, causing a series of reactions that favor:
- The formation of new collagen, by raising the temperature of the fibroblasts, cells responsible for its manufacture; both in the skin and in the subcutaneous tissue, allowing the entire tissue to acquire firmness thanks to the reorganization of the fibrous septa and overlying dermal thickening.
- Lymphatic drainage, which will allow the reduction of liquids and toxins in which the adipocytes of the tissue affected by cellulite are embedded.
Improved circulation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, which will improve the metabolism with the consequent decrease in the appearance of orange peel skin and flaccidity, producing at the same time a volumetric reduction of the treated area.
- The migration of fibroblasts that accompanies the inflammatory response after the controlled thermal lesion with tissue retraction, resulting in a rejuvenation of the treated area.
- The great advantage and novelty of non-abrasive treatments such as radiofrequency is that they respect the epidermis, with minimal reddening of the skin, without damaging its outer layer.
At the abdominal level, the objective is to achieve a flatter abdomen, reducing flaccidity and stretch marks typical of weight changes and post-partum.
